Do you offer internet in the apartments?
TAll apartments have wireless internet access.


Do you have reception in the apartments?
Private apartments do not require reception in each building, so always we ask your check-in hour in advance, so our company staff always be there to make the check-in without causing delays.


What is the check-in hour?
From 15:00 to 19:00, and from 19:00 to 23:30 with 20 € supplement.


What is the check-out hour?
Until 11:00.


Can I leave the apartment later?
If the apartment has no reservations for the day of your departure, you can consult rates and availability.


Can I choose the type of bed in my apartment?
No, accommodations are rented as so, you can ask us by phone or email if we have option of other distribution and we will try to do all we can.


Is there air conditioning in the apartments?
Yes, in most of them, either fixed or portable, you can ask before booking.


Is there heating in the apartments?
Yes, in all of them, although of different types.


Are your buildings adapted to disabled people?
Due to the variety of accommodations, we have many options and not all adapted, please contact us before booking.


Do the apartments have parking?
Not all, depends on the apartment, or is included or has a cost of 10 € or 15 € by day, if your booking is for more than one week the daily price decreases. It is also convenient to know the measurements of your vehicle, as the car elevator of some buildings not support large vehicle.


What extra services do you offer?
There are a number of extra services that we offer: cleaning, baby cots, airport transfer, museum tickets, tourist buses tickets, tours, door openings etc. Please contact us for prices. If there is something you are looking for and can not find it here contact us and will try to help.


Which are the cancellation policies?
Our cancellation policy depends on the lenght of your stay. If you introduce your booking dates in our calendar and choose the apartment you would like to reserve, you will be able to see its cancellation policy.


Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept different payment methods: Cash, Visa or Master Card credit and debit cards, bank transfer and Paypal.
